Radio Romania Muzical to host ICMA General Assembly in Bucharest

ICMA Jury member Radio Romania Muzical is hosting this year’s General Assembly of the International Classical Music Awards. The event comprises the jury meetings, concerts at the Atheneum with the Choir and Orchestra of George Enescu Philharmonic conducted by Christoph König as well as at the Radio Hall with the Choir and National Romanian Radio Orchestra conducted by David Crescenzi.

Specially for the ICMA jury’s visit, the Brașov Philharmonic and Radio Romania Muzical are organizing a recital, on Saturday 27 January at Sala Patria in Brazov. Soloists are violinist Alexandru Tomescu, soloist of the Romanian Radio Orchestra, accompanied by pianist Eduard Kunz, violist Răzvan Popovici, organizer of Sonoro festivals, together with pianist Ioan Dragoș Dimitriu, artistic director of the Brasov Philharmonic, as well as Romanian-born violinist Iuliana Münch, accompanied by pianist André Parfenov.
