Bernadette Beyne
ICMA Jury member Bernadette Beyne passed away last Sunday, 29 July, at the age of 69. Founder, in 1993, of the Belgian music magazine Crescendo, together with Michelle Debra, Bernadette Beyne was editor in chief of the magazine.

The German Music Industry Association has finally abolished its ECHO Awards after the world-wide indignation about the award given to rap duo Kollegah and Farid Bang, who used anti-semitic, misogynist, homophobe lyrics, contemptuous of human dignity.
