Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, where the next ICMA General Assembly will take place in February 2016, has won three international awards. For 175 years, healing, body-temperature thermal waters have flowed from the spring in the Tamina gorge to the Bad Ragaz spa resort in Eastern Switzerland. The quality label World’s Leading Swimming Pools™ was followed by two further prizes in November, as the resort was named “Best in Switzerland” and included in the global “Best for Hot Springs” category at the international Spafinder Wellness Travel Awards in London.

Von Donnerstag, 15. bis Samstag 17. Oktober findet bereits zum dritten Mal ‘MusicConnects’, das Festival musikkalischer Begegnungen im Grand Resort Bad Ragaz statt. Bilkent Symphony Cancels Opening Concert After Terror Attack

The Bilkent Symphony Orchestra in Ankara, ICMA Award winner in 2015, canceled its Season opening concert scheduled for yesterday, October 10, „due to the atrocious terror attack“, the management said. Conductor Avi Ostrowsky was to conduct Wagner, Adams and Stravinsky with Timothy McAllister, alto saxophone, as soloists.
